Main Purpose of the post
It’s an exciting time for the retailTRUST. With a forthcoming capital campaign to enhance their retirement provision and a strong donor pipeline, they are investing in their fundraising activity and looking for exceptional individuals to help them drive forward their plans.
They are now looking for a talented Major Donor Manager with strong people skills and the ability to develop effective strategies to meet both capital and revenue targets.
Who we are looking for
You will be a proactive self-starter, keen to apply your relationship skills and strategic planning abilities to leading the capital campaign across all income streams, whilst growing major donor giving for the retailTRUST’s national programmes.
You will be an experienced senior fundraiser, although exceptional individuals looking for their next step in their career will also be considered.
You will have developed your skills in a relationship-based fundraising environment working with major donors, corporate or strategic trusts and foundations, and welcome the chance to travel across the UK as part of this role.
