Claire House Children’s Hospice provide specialist nursing care and emotional support to help families smile again when life couldn’t get any tougher. Their dream is to one-day reach every single child that needs them. To achieve this ambitious target, they have already laid the foundations of a major appeal to fund the significant increase and sustainable development of their core services.
When the Hospice first opened in 1998, they supported 10 families. 20 years on, they support over 300. In just the past 6 years, they have seen an 84% increase in the number of children they support. To help the Fundraising team reach their targets, support and awareness from the community is vital.

Whilst you will be one of the most visible faces in the organisation, you will also use your excellent collaboration, organisation and planning skills working alongside our dedicated fundraisers across our Income Generation team. In return, you will be rewarded with an opportunity to progress your career with one of the most supportive and fastest growing charities in Merseyside. Job satisfaction doesn’t get any better than this!
You may already bring professional fundraising experience; or perhaps offer excellent transferable skills from employment, volunteering or education.
