Full Description

Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice is an inspiring charity that provides care and support 24hrs a day to children and families in times of need. They offer respite, nursing care and end of life care for babies and children up to the age of five who have life limiting and life threatening conditions.

Each year, the financial requirements of the Hospice increase and they currently need to raise approximately £1,600,000 per annum to ensure children and families can still receive their specialist treatment. The Fundraising team plays a critical role in ensuring Zoe’s Place continues to offer its vital service.

One of the important ways that Zoe’s Place raises funds is through corporate fundraising. They have over 2,000 corporate supporters, were most recently named as QVC’s Charity of the Year and have secured a partnership with construction company, Carillion.

They are now looking for someone to help them manage and develop these relationships with their key corporate partnerships. You’ll be a positive ambassador for Zoe’s Place, delivering engaging pitches to potential new corporate partners and finding creative ways to develop their employee fundraising. You’ll also help organise a portfolio of events.

This role would suit someone from one of the following backgrounds:

  • Community Fundraising
  • Corporate Fundraising
  • Events Fundraising
  • Account Management
  • Business Development
  • Events Management
  • Volunteer Fundraising

You’ll be a creative communicator, as comfortable chatting to families as you are pitching to companies. You’ll be results-focussed and happy working to targets - while thriving in an environment where no two days are the same.
