For over 17 years the North West Air Ambulance have been providing rapid response to incident victims by dispatching professional medical teams to incidents scenes or rapid transfer between hospitals using their Air Ambulance Helicopters.

The service is funded by the generosity of the public through donations, fundraising activity, NWAA lottery membership and through their network of retails outlets, who provide vital charitable funding to keep their service flying.

As Regional Team Leader you will be working closely with the Fundraising Manager to develop regional fundraising strategies to maximise income through the local community. You will be responsible for a team of fundraisers ensuring they achieve targets and deliver excellent fundraising activity throughout the region.

This role will be home-based you will be the point of contact for all home and field based fundraisers within your region and ensure they are highly motivated and feel connected with Head Office.

You’ll be an excellent communicator at all levels and have the ability to develop successful relationships within the local community whilst keeping to the policies and processes employed by the NWAA. You’ll be a master organiser, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once while working autonomously. The Regional Team Leader role would ideally suit an experienced fundraiser with line management experience and previous involvement with implementing region-wide campaigns.
